All purchases from Jrvendorbase are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This is because you receive immediate access to digital content and a private community the moment your payment is processed. Once access is granted, it cannot be returned.
Delivery of Digital Products
All products are delivered digitally through:

- Download links
- Account/member access Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

If You Don't Receive Access
If your access link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, email support@jrvendorbase.com and we will fix it. We respond within 48 hours.
If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you will be refunded.
Before Filing a Dispute
If you have any problem with your order, email us first. Most issues are resolved the same day. Filing a dispute with your bank before contacting us delays resolution for everyone.
