Payment card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
We do not collect shipping addresses.

- Deliver the product you purchased
- Send your order confirmation and access link
- Respond to support requests
- Verify community access and prevent sharing of paid access
We do not send marketing or promotional emails unless you separately opt in.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We share data only with the services required to operate this store:
- Stripe — processes payments
- Supabase — stores order records
- Resend — sends your confirmation email
- Vercel — hosts the website
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Cookies
We use only the essential cookies required for the website and checkout to function. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including processing all payments through Stripe and storing order data with Supabase. However, no method of storing or transmitting information online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support emails are kept until they are no longer needed.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [YOUR EMAIL]. We will respond within 30 days.
Note that we are required to retain certain order and payment records for tax purposes even after a deletion request.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before purchasing.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, email support@jrvendorbase.com and we will delete it promptly.
